Belloh Tweh has more than 10 years of progressive human resources experience, and brings a well-rounded background spanning HR Director, HR Manager, and HR Administrator roles within the non-profit sector. Throughout her career, she has developed expertise in Talent Acquisition, Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, HR compliance, and Organizational Development. She is committed to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and engaging work environment where employees can thrive and contribute to the organization's continued success. In her role she is responsible for administering the firm's human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, policy administration, compliance, benefits coordination, and personnel records management.
Kalynn Butler
Kalynn Butler is a graduate of Georgia Southern University with a bachelor's in political science and a minor in Psychology. Kalynn brings intake and case management experience and enjoys relaying legal terminology to clients in a way that they understand. She is passionate about clients, personal injury, and justice. In her personal time, she enjoys basketball, competitive video gaming, and working out.
Natasha Hackshaw
Natasha Hackshaw earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications and began her professional career in the hospitality industry, where she gained 18 years of experience in sales and marketing. During this time, she developed strong skills in project management, contract negotiations, and client relations, while maintaining a passion for serving and helping others. Inspired by her childhood aspiration to pursue a career in law, she is able to combine her professional experience with her passion for advocacy. In her role, she focuses on building and strengthening relationships with strategic partners while supporting the firm's continued growth and commitment to serving its clients with care and dedication.
Araya Fontaine
Araya Fontaine is an Operations Manager with experience in personal injury intake, case management, and firm operations. She supports internal teams, coordinates workflows, and assists in ensuring cases and operational processes move efficiently through the pre-litigation stage. Araya brings a detail-oriented and highly organized approach to her role, ensuring that each case is handled with care from initial intake through the early stages of the legal process.
