Attorney
Ksenia Epanchina
Ksenia Epanchina is a personal injury attorney whose approach is defined by preparation, sound judgment, and decisive follow-through. She understands that an injury can leave clients facing medical concerns, financial pressure, and uncertainty about what comes next. Her role is to bring clarity to that uncertainty by upholding her clients’ interests and rights through strong, objective advocacy.
She brings years of hands-on personal injury experience to The Taylor Law Firm. Before becoming an attorney, she directed the day-to-day progress of personal injury cases as a law clerk, coordinating treatment and documentation, communicating with clients, and ensuring that every case was well positioned for its next step. This foundation gave her a comprehensive understanding of how strong cases are developed from the start.
Her perspective has been shaped by her education and career, which span two countries. Ksenia received her J.D. from Kutafin Moscow State Law University and became an attorney in Russia before continuing her legal education in the United States. She earned LL.M. degrees from both the University of Arkansas School of Law and Georgia State University College of Law. Learning to navigate different cultures and legal environments strengthened her ability to adapt with tenacity, think carefully under pressure, and remain focused under uncertain conditions.
Ksenia values time with her family and friends most of all. The importance she places on these personal relationships shapes the way she connects with her clients: she listens carefully, communicates openly, and never loses sight of the person behind the case. She understands that trust is earned through consistency and genuine care, particularly during a difficult season of life.

Attorney
Nicole Constante
Nicole Constante is a civil litigator who brings a well-rounded perspective to personal injury and liability matters. Her practice focuses on personal injury, motor vehicle and trucking litigation, premises liability, negligent security, and general liability.
Before joining The Taylor Law Firm, Attorney Constante practiced at a regional civil-defense firm and later at a national defense firm, representing publicly traded Fortune 500 companies, major corporate clients, and their insurers throughout Georgia. She handled these matters at every stage of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and settlement negotiations. This experience gives her firsthand insight into how insurers and corporate defendants assess liability, damages, and settlement exposure.
Attorney Constante also brings meaningful plaintiff-side experience. Before law school, she worked as a personal injury paralegal, managing a high-volume caseload from intake through settlement. During law school, she externed with two personal injury firms, where she developed her skills in discovery, motion practice, case valuation, mediation, and trial preparation. During the summer following her first year of law school, Attorney Constante was selected as one of 18 law students nationwide for Amazon’s Day 1 Legal Academy in Seattle, where she completed legal and business assignments, presented private-label market research to Amazon executives, and delivered closing remarks alongside Amazon General Counsel David Zapolsky.
Attorney Constante earned her Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law, concentrating in Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution, and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, cum laude, from California State University, Northridge.
Originally from Ecuador, Attorney Constante is a native Spanish speaker and fluent in English and Spanish. She is admitted to practice in Georgia state courts and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. She combines thorough litigation experience with a client-centered approach to help injured individuals navigate the legal process and pursue the compensation they deserve.
